EasyLoan Credit Management System V9.0 adopts a microservice architecture, with the Product Center, Management Center, and Parameter Center as the core. It covers the entire business process from pre-loan, in-loan to post-loan, and is equipped with basic capabilities such as online components, batch processing, security monitoring, and interface interaction to form a complete credit business management system.

I. Core Center Functions

1. Product Center

Establish a four-level configuration system of indicators, rules, models, and products to realize visual management of the entire life cycle of credit products. Indicators are uniformly managed to provide data for rules and models; rules support addition, query, modification, and deletion, covering access, credit granting, pricing, etc.; models support visual configuration of access, limit, and interest rate models to achieve intelligent decision-making; products support rapid launch, removal, and flexible configuration of quick loan products.

2. Management Center

Provide intensive system management, including five modules: User Management, Role Management, Menu Management, Permission Management, and User Unlocking. Realize unified management of users, roles, and menus, bind permissions at a fine-grained level, and support quick unlocking of abnormal users.

3. Parameter Center

With list management as the core, it supports the entry, query, deletion, and limit increase of quick loan whitelists, achieves precise access and risk pre-control in combination with rules, and supports flexible configuration and adjustment of parameters.

II. Credit Business Application Functions

1. Customer Management

Covers information management of all types of customer groups, can synchronize information with the ECIF system, realize entry, sharing, transfer, etc., of customer information, and build a unified customer view.

2. Customer Rating

Match rating models according to scale and industry; individuals and micro-enterprises adopt scorecard rating, and results are directly entered for some customer groups, covering the entire rating process and scientifically evaluating credit levels.

3. Limit Management

Unified management of various types of customer credit limits, supporting the entire process control of limit application, adjustment, freezing, unfreezing, etc., and connecting with external systems to achieve penetration control.

4. Business Application and Approval

Covers all business types, configures differentiated processes according to products, amounts, etc., and realizes the entire online process of application, review, and approval.

5. Contract Signing and Disbursement

Carry out contract signing and disbursement applications based on approval completion, with standardized and automated processes, and connect with the core system to complete accounting processing.

6. Post-loan Management

Including post-loan inspection, post-loan change, risk classification, and risk early warning, supporting various types of inspections, element adjustments, classification, and early warning handling.

7. Asset Preservation

Covers collection, asset transfer, disposal of collaterals for debt repayment, write-off, etc., standardizing the disposal and tracking of non-performing assets.

8. Account Book Management

Provide multi-dimensional account book query to meet the needs of internal management and regulatory statistics.

9. Workbench

Integrate functions of pending tasks, tracking, prompts, and announcements to improve business processing efficiency.

III. Basic Support Functions

1. Engine Components

The process engine realizes process configuration and automatic flow; the rule engine realizes logical verification and decision-making; the scheduling component supports the scheduling and management of batch processing tasks.

2. Online Components

Provide general capabilities such as caching, logging, and file processing, connect to ESB through DataLink to realize data interaction, and have exception handling and reconciliation mechanisms to ensure transaction security.

3. Batch Processing Functions

Establish a number of standardized batch processing tasks, covering scenarios such as data backup, status update, daily cutover, and data supply, supporting distributed deployment, monitoring, and abnormal re-running.

4. Security and Monitoring

Security covers development, network, data, authentication and other dimensions, adopting encryption, isolation, dual-post and other mechanisms; monitoring covers applications, transactions, operations and other scenarios, supporting real-time alarms.

5. Interface Design

Provide standardized interface elements, support multi-terminal adaptation, be concise and efficient, and be suitable for bank tellers and administrators.
